Does anyone know what's happening at Penn Station??

My DH is locked out! He said the gates are down and he can't get in.... what's going on?? I need my hubby HOME!!!

I didn't see anything either... I know the Ronkonkoma line is down, but that shouldn't affect the entire LIRR, right????

He's going to take the subway to Jamaica and hopefully find a train home from there...

Metro T&W just announced 30 min delays leaving Penn Station - because of equipment problems poor DH is stuck there too.

I JUST got home, 45 minutes late. There was a train stuck in the tunnel, so no trains could leave. We had to back out the other end and change tracks.

I got home OK and the Ronkonkoma line was running fine. This morning it was a whole other bag of beans, grrrrr !
