Does anyone know where to find 'new construction' housing?
Besides looking around and taking phone numbers -any web sites available to see what is being built in the future? Thanks all!

There aren't any website that I know of. DH and I just checked the paper for builders' ads and the MLSLI website for spot-building (which we really weren't interested in anyway). Are you looking in a particular area? We went to contract last week of a TBB home in Mt. Sinai. Our builder is building in lots of places. If I can help with any other questions you have, let me know -

Antionette - I have been e-mailing you for days- getting no responses that victorian is nice but the location is on a main road. Is there a different e-mail address that I should use to reach you?

Here are some of the builders that we looked into, as well as some sites to browse:
And this is the site for the Long Island Builders Institute if you click on 'find a builder...' on the right nav bar and then 'builders' it has a ton of links and some to new contruction websites.
Some sites list new communities that they're starting.
