Does anyone know who makes this dress??

I was searching old posts (from about a year ago) and found a pic of this dress. I think it's absolutely gorgeous. The previous poster wasn't sure who the designer was and no one was able to identify it either. I would love to try this dress on...does anyone know who makes this dress???

looks like it may be satin with an organza and lace overlay, but I can't really tell
