She does a lot of custom work.. or sometimes they take a top from one dress and a bottom from another to create a look so it could be one of her custom creations... Good luck with your search!

I would e-mail picture to Kleinfeld's and see if Pnina makes it. If so, I bet they will coordinate for her to be there when you go if you wanted to meet with her personally to have that dress made... Her dresses are close to 10k though

It def looks like a Pnina, but probably custom. She's only carried at Kleinfeld's so you'd have to check there. I'm sure you can show that to them and they'd help you find something similar. I was there today for my fitting and when you first walk in the first dress on the mannequin looks very much like this, except it's a sweetheart neckline. Good luck!!
