Does anyone mind me asking...

if their PG was planned or just happened? I was just wondering because my DH and I have been together for over 11 years, and since it's never happened before without trying, I wouldn't even know what it would be like for it to happen on it's own? I guess I can't even imagine it happening unless he did his thing and you don't use any protection? My DH is just too careful I suppose!

When we have another child, I just can't see it happening unless we plan and try for it?

Can anyone share their experiences?

We weren't using BC, but I had not tried to figure out when I was ovulating or anything. So I guess it happened on it's own.

My husband and I have been together for 14 1/2 years and I thankfully never got pregnant until we decided to 'try'. I always feared that I would have difficulty since I always hear of these 13 year olds who get pregnant so easily, and I thought 'we're having sex all the time without protection, is he just SUPER talented at withdrawing in time, or is there a problem?.' Luckily we got pregnant the 2 times when we were trying and we will start the process again right after the holidays. Remember, it's difficult to get pregant, some women ovulate for only a few hrs, and if you work- this could mean that you ovulate from 6am-6pm and chances are you'll be at work.
