Does anyone NOT want a Bachelorette party??

I could really care less if I have a bachelorette party. Just wondering if I'm alone... your thoughts?

At the beginning of our engagement I definately felt that way. If anything I wanted to have my FH and all of our friends go away for a weekend together. But the more I thought it about I really didn't want to miss that part of the wedding experience. Soooooo my bachelorette party will be in TWO WEEKS :) I can'ttt waitttt!

I could care less as well. I told my sister (MOH) if we do anything, just dinner. I don't want to make a big thing out of it.

I have no desire whatsoever lol

I'm such an old maid!

But you know what? Your day- your way! If you don't want one then don't have one. Perhaps a nice dinner out w/ your girlfriends and BM's instead?

Or, what we are doing, which is a Jack & Jill party-- all the boys and girls are going out and we are going to have a nice dinner and do something that's fun but not the type of fun where we are acting like we are in College again b/c we are just past that point in our lives.

i want to go into the city with my friends and have a fun dinner at Lips or something, but nothing too fancy or extravegent. i do want to have a fun night with them though - but i also haven't gotten to see them all in a long time, so i'm up for a hang out anyways.

Logistically, it's hard, since all of my friends are scattered all over the country, with several in the military and therefore unable to easily travel. So we may do something, we may not. I'd probably want a wine tasting or a spa day instead of a bar hopping excursion though. I was never really into that sort of thing.

I do not want a traditional Bachelorette Party---I have no use for strippers and all that nonsense!
I think my girls and some other friends are getting a limo, packinga picnic, and goingto the vineyards!
I do have use for vino!

I started off my saying I wanted a very untraditional B party-day at the spa, dinner ect. The closer I get to the big day, the more and more I can't wait to wear the bride t-shirt /crown and have fun with my friends! Now I really can't wait

No strippers though!

I don't.
Maybe just a nice dinner with my closest friends, and a day at the spa with my sis.
I feel like I'm too old for this, even though it is my first wedding.

I feel the same way, I'm coming up on the 36th b'day in June. If I was in my 20's I would reconsider it.

I say go with whatever you like to do and you'll still have fun.
