Does anyone own an English Bulldog?..How do I find a local breeder?
We have been thinking about getting one, but I have been reading that they have a lot of skin irritations from their wrinkles and breathing problems? Thanks all!

My friend once owned one and yes, she did have breathing problems. Also, when they bred her, she conceived about six babies, but only one survived. The reason for this, I read later, is because of inbreeding...meaning the heads are so large on these dogs that their puppies can't fit properly through the birth canal and this trait only becomes exacerbated through breeding solely with other bulldogs.
