I want to reply by e-mail to a post someone left me and I don't know how. Someone e-mailed me and I don't know how they did it?

If you click on the name of the person on TheKnot - their email address should pop up if they list it in their bio.

I'm not sure I really undertand your question though. TheKnot doesn't have pm as far as I know.
YOu may have allowed others to see your email but others will hide theirs so you have to post on the forum and hope they see it!
