I send like one or two a year if its really great, but my lovely MIL who really is great sends me AT LEAST 10 a day! I dont even open them anymore. Im about to mark her as SPAM!

no - i hate them.
i hate even more - when they are forwards from aol - cause sometimes you have to open up 8x's before you get to the message and than its so stupid chain email bringing me bad luck!!!

I hate how they threaten you!!!!!!! Like if you don't send this on to 10 people in the next hour then you'll have bad luck for a year, everybody will hate you, and you'll have a black heart. Yea, OK!!
Or, if you send this on then someone will tell you they love you today. Umm, my DH will tell me he loves me today regardless of whether or not I forward this stupid email!!!!!!!!

I seriously HATE them....
Especially the ones that try and scare you of these 'freak illnesses', etc.
I always go to snopes.com...see that it's fake...click REPLY ALL and send the link to EVERYONE saying it's a FAKE!

I don't mind the jokes most of the time. I do however hate the ones that my Aunt sends. She likes to send me all the ones that have to do with the conservativive religious right. Like I'm going to change my political views because of an email.

I hate them so much! I don't even bother reading them anymore. Luckily my work address blocks most of them. My aunt sent me one and it got blocked so I've been removed from her list!
I especially hate the ones that come from the people who never send you a personal email, all they send are forwards!

I HATE them!! i literally blocked my mom until she got the hint. My aunt actually looks at the status to see if i deleted them and resends!!!

oh lord! my mom is a 'rookie' email user and the absolute garbage I get from her daily ... sadly, I don't open most of her email (sorry mom! )

I'm with you. If it's something that just screams to be shared then I'm all for it, but I can't stand all the random forwards i get. My future in-laws are the worst... They're all political forwards (all republican) and they aren't even that good.
