Does anyone rent in a Townhouse/luxury appartment community?
If so, do you like it there- what are the pros and cons (aside from clearly dumping money into rent)

i used to. it was nice, nice land, it wasn't gated tho, so sometimes you got some weirdos in and out.
pros: someone else cuts your lawn, free garbage pickup, pool
cons: noise, no parking,

I have a friend who just purchased a townhouse in a community. She loves it. The only dowside is they have very strict rules for propery usage & even told her where her dog can 'go'
