Re: does anyone travel for work?
My last Client at my job requiered me to travel to Texas. It was fine, but got really annoying super fast.
Most of my travel now is to Philly, so it's day trips, but even that after a while takes a toll on you.
I hate being away from home, eating at restaurants all the time, sleeping in hotels. It's fun for vacations, but not when you're away for work - because then you literally end up working 24/7.
My first time away from hubby after seeing eachother for 2 years straight was for work reasons. I cried my self to sleep at the hotel that night

Re: does anyone travel for work?
i don't but my sister does. she travels frequently internationally almost every month varying from 3 days to 2 weeks. it was cool at first b/c my sister would crash and they would site see but after a while, you can tell she's exhausted. I mean just last month she went to germany for 5 days and had to hop onto another flight days later to spain. it sucks esp since she's trying to plan for her wedding.
i personally think that travelling loses it's appeal after a while

I think when you travel for work is fun as long as your single. But with a family, it has to be very hard.
What do you do now at work?
