I am looking for a nice tan for the spring but I do not want to do the real thing because I am a high risk person for cancer (very light skin that develops beauty marks whenever the sun hits). So I was wondering if anyone uses a fake tanner that they really love. I am afraid to use one because I have heard horror stories of turning orange! Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Does anyone use a good self-tanner?
Sorry I used a self tanner and it was the biggest mistake. I turned orange. Brian would call me an oompa lumpa (one of those orange guys in Willie Wonka and the chocolate factory)
It even got to a point where the collars of my clothes were turning orange because it was like dye.
The bottle told me not to put clothes on for 10 minutes to allow the stuff to settle and I would wait 30 minutes just to be safe, well my clothes, bed sheets and just about everything I touched would turn orange (Brian would joke saying how come everything you touch turns orange, it would be nice if it turned to real gold)
I would stay clear of self tanners

I HIGHLY recommend Bobbi Brown's self tanner - it has been the only tanner that has not turned my skin orange!
