heres the deal as you know we have a hardware store. We recently got our second notice about our dog barking. We brought the dog to thestore because there were 2 break-ins to the candy store within one months time. Our neighbor directly behind us has our home # to call if the dog is barking and he has called us twice. we live close enough where hubby can go and check up on the dog. Now I know it is not our dog who is barking I think it is someone who wants to complain so they can break-in to the stores. the reason I feel this way is because the candy store was broken in to twicce within one months time. They broke in through our fence and then hit the candy store, and they broke our siren, when the dog was not around. One of the neighbors has also watched the dog over night and had no problem. I am very aggrevated cause this i s our second notice and I think they give you three notices and then you fined . I think there is someone out ther with a vendeta or something. What should I do?

that is the DEP they also deal with the noise pollution. As this is so nicely called

I would just call the office in your area. Every dealing that I have had with them has been a breeze, they are willing to work with you.
Personally, I feel that if someone wanted to break into your store, no dog would stop them. I'd more concerned about your dog's safety.
