Does ayone know anything about buying foreclosed property?
I just found a website, RealtyTrac.Com, that gives a full listing of pre-foreclosed, bank owned, and by owner property. I am wondering how to go about buying one of these homes.

Did you join the website? If you joined by paying, you will get the full information on the foreclosed homes. I get emails from their websites telling me which homes in my area are foreclosures or on their way to foreclosure. I dont get owner info only addresses. If you read up on the website, and look at their FAQ you will see how you can find out more info on the foreclosed homes
Also you can ask your real estate agent if you have one if they have any homes that are foreclosed, HUD, or bank owned that you could purchase.
