KP - no, it doesn't...it's typically just one room that has the circuit set up...there's no showers, lockers or anything. Basically, you run in, do your workout and get out of there fast. It's not a full-service type of thing. Did you read the article I posted?

The one in Smithtown has a changing room (or maybe it was just a bathroom where people changed. I never went in, but people would go in in one outfit and come out in another), and I used to see lots of babies in strollers parked around the circuit with their toys so Mommy could keep an eye on them. It was almost like having an audience! ![]()
