My BM ordered the wrong size & now needs a larger size

When I picked mine up for my girls I asked them and they said they would do it for me if they had their original receipt. They said that it's 'technically' up to the manager's discretion, but the girl I worked with was REALLY nice and I spent a lot of time there so she was willing to cut me a break. Definitely ask them - but don't go without the receipt! I'd also bring the BM with you so she can try on the dress and show that it is too small. Good luck!

Yes. And they do it without a problem. I was a little overly enthusiastic about my weight loss when I ordered from there for my friend's wedding and I ended up needing a bigger size. I just went to the store and I think it was less than a week later they had the new size for me.

yes, as long as u have the receipt and its within 30 days of the dress coming in.

I was in a wedding a few years ago and we ordered the dresses from David's Bridal very early. I had planned on loosing weight, so I ordered a size smaller. Turned out that I lost another 3 sizes on top of that!
With the original receipt, I had no problem exchanging the dress a couple of months before the wedding! They were great about it.

I'm sure they will. I exchanged my wedding dress for a smaller size! They were really nice about it too..... I went to the one in westbury.
