I didn't really. I invited WAY more people than I planned to. Based on the 20% formula I should have invited 204 people for my 170 minimum, but I just invited everyone, even the people originally on the B-list and invited 276. I have about 40% no's, so now I am stuck and HAVE to come up with a B list even though I originally made them all A list and invited way more people...

I'm not having one. We are pretty much just inviting everyone we want to be there (maybe one or two execeptions to be added later) and whoever comes, that's great. (But, we don't have to worry about meeting a minumum)

FH and I have a small b-list - it is like 10-15 people from college that we were friends with in college (and their significant others) but haven't really had much contact with since then

we didn't send STDs to the b-list - only the people we were 100% sure we were inviting on the a-list

no family on the b-list, they're all a-list

if i see that we're severely under even after the b-list, i might just tell people they can bring a guest (since we didn't invite people with guests unless they were in a serious relationship/married/engaged/living together, etc.), and after that then resort to the lovely LIW ladies

Not really. There are a few people we might invite if we are able to after our RSVPS come in. These are people who actually asked to come who were not invited!!!

Omg! I've never heard of such a high no percentage! Is it cause 5/5 is a Thursday? You would think its Christmas! Sucky :(
