im meeting with my florist soon.

does everyone get a sample centerpiece? or do they just describe their ideas....

My florist (Flower Barn) is providing us w/ a sample CP a few months before the wedding.

It is pretty standard that Florists provide you with a sample a few weeks/months before the wedding

I'm seeing my sample in 2 weeks :) What I love about my florist is that she pulled flowers from the back of the office to show me when we were throwing around ideas when I first met with her. That's what ultimately made my decision easy when I booked her.

Well actually I met with 2 different florists BEFORE ever booking either of them I had a sample piece done so they should do it for you without any deposit or guarantee you will book them.

Mine did, a few weeks after my sample centerpiece BUT he already knew I was going to book him. He did the sample bok's to make sure he put everything properly in the contract. Such as all the correct flowers.

We saw samples of their work and will be going back a few month before the wedding to help design the centerpiece.

I visited Ny and in the short time I went to visit florists....I live in FL.. The Florist I chose made my sample and my bo-k's in front of me ad then took a pic of it an emailed it to me....He is good. Jerome Florist in th BRonX
