I have read in several posts- people have made comments like 'there is always one BM that is just there to annoy you' or, there is 'always one that, basically s*cks'
Is this common consensus? Just want to make sure I am normal.
I do have a unique situation where two of my BMs don't talk anymore-- and one puts on a good face to me, then is mean to the other one when we are together (I did not witness this, although I was looking for it), and the other one- told me she will not go dress shopping with the other one- and does not want to be in the same room with her, but acts normal when we are all together.
I am upset and hurt, and pissed, that these two grown women cannot act mature for the brief periods of time when it will just be BM's-- any other time there will be so many other people there, it won't matter..
Anyone else go down this road??

So far not yet. I have 1 moh, 1 bm, and 1 jr. bm. So I don't think I am going to have a problem, but hey, you never know.
IBut it does seem on here that alot of ladies are having issues with BMs. It's so dumb too.

i SOOOOOOOOOOOOO went thru that a few months back. My BM made it so hard for me that I was worrying about her knocking the crap out of her at shower or reception. I had visions of her knocking her out into my cake. My one BM was not being civil at all and made it VERY hard for me. It was clear that this fight would never resolve itseld. I was stressed, crying at work all the time, talked all the time to my FH and he would get so pissed that these people were doing it to me during my special time. So i made teh decision us and decided she should back out. She did and things got weird with us and we no longer speak. She has been trying to get back into my life but I refuse to surround myself with drama queens and I chose not to have that negativity in my life. So i feel your pain.

it really does put you in a tough spot-- I don't want to exclude anyone- but then I feel like- screw you for giving me more stress at this crazy time in my life!
Why can't everyone just get along..

I think we all have one. Im just glad it's just one and not all of them. I havent talked to this certain BM in months. I heard that she complained about the price of the BM dresses. Hello? I havent even picked the dresses, yet alone how much it is. As long as she shows up looking decent at the wedding, that's all I care about.

Yes I do.....but she is in it out of obligation of course. I just want her to drop out instead of causing problems!

Doesn't it just s*ck so much though- that you choose someone to honor your friendship- then they act like they couldn't give less a sh*t..

my bm's hate each other...the whole process has been less than pleasant...hopefully they'll all pull together on the day of the wedding and smile nice for the pictures

MY MOH is my sister who has been less than enthusiastic about the wedding and plans. I'm still early in the planning, and I hope she'll turn around.

I had the same thing but I couldn't take it anymore and kicked her out in July! Thank god I am so happy now and I don't have to worry what she will or will not do next.

I actually have a couple. I feel like my wedding is a pain in their a*&. I was in on eof their weddings and am very close with the rest. Oh well!!!!! They will have to deal with my wedding and like it

My MOH is my sister. She is a disappiontment sometimes but i knew it from the begining. she is 21 hates makeup, hates DRESSES, so she has not given any imput in that matter. she is as i call her a drip, i took all my bm to an expo they all saw a nice dress and my sister say 'oh ok'. I told her if she doesnt want the honor then she can back down i wont get mad, but she says shell try to change.
