While TTC did you have a plan with your DH - I mean how long will you stay home, when you will go back to work, who will watch the baby, etc. I just do not have answers to all that, we are not ttc yet, but will and I can't be a SAHM b/c of our HUGE mortgage. It is really Scary...

DH and I had a plan. Currently, we are living in Ireland and are scheduled to come home in June. We knew it would be a great time to have a baby since I don't have a job here. So we planned to TTC so that the baby would be born anytime after March. I am due April 1 so it worked out well. Then I plan to take the remainder of the summer off. In September, I plan on starting the job search. Lucky for us, my MIL will be watching the baby while we are at work.

Yeah i have a plan that changes just about every day. Right now its between starting around our 1 year anniversary or waiting until after i am 30 (2 years from now). There are too many vairables right now to have a set plan for us. I plan on going back to work after i have the baby (i love my job and don't want to lose it). So i want to feel much more steady here. Hopefully they might let me go part time for a few months....I also want to enjoy my time with my husband....but on the other end is we want to have three so I rather start earlier then later...

I had a plan many years ago. I'd have a wonderful teaching job on LI, I'd be married, live in a house, finish my masters and have a baby.
I have accomplished 2-3 things...(masters & married~~baby is on the way)
I guess life doesn't always work out the way you plan it. Dh & I wanted to have a house before a baby, but today, who can afford one? So we'll cope like many other couples do today. I'll just keep my fingers crossed for the other things!
