I can't forget, although sometimes I'd like to. I try to forgive...I get over things pretty quickly, but never ever forget.

I do my best to not carry anger around- it gives you wrinkles AND does nothing to cause the person any pain- only makes YOU have baggage....

No...sometimes I forgive, sometimes I haven't...I never forget. I don't hold it over the person's head, I remember to remind myself what the boundaries are with this person now.

I have a hard time forgiving and forgetting..Im bad with holding grudges..I cleaned house last year and got rid of three friends ..and my life has been much happier since. If someone has upset you this much..you dont ever have to forgive her!

I usually forgive, but to a point, I am sick of forgiving the same people for the same things, if you have said sorry once, and still do the same thing, you are not sorry. But I never ever forget!!!!

I'd have to agree. I'm not one to hold grudges too long so I'd have to say that I forgive, however, once someone has wronged me, I do have a hard time forgetting. That's actually one of my faults. Whenever I get angry with FH, I always bring up things he did in the past that upset me.
Something to ponder: If you never forget - have you really forgiven???
