if i am getting married in brooklyn and i get my letters of freedom notarized in NJ?

LOL well the Montsignor that is marrying us said we had to get these 2 papers notarized and I believe they're called Letters of Freedom LOL I'm going to get it now and double check.

I honestly HAVE NO idea what I even need to get them notarized for???

TESTIMONIAL LETTERS OF FREEDOM TO MARRY
N.B. (not sure what that stands for) These affidavits are required for every marriage.



The Montsignor said we need them at our next meeting. Along with all the other paper work.


There's one for me to sign and one for my FH to sign.

i just learned you can go to your bank to get things notarized. my luck i mess this up somehow, that's why i wanted to know if anyone else had to get these signed. : )
