Might be the dumbest question ever...but I always see people getting these. Is it necessary? Does the hall usually provide it or do you have to?

Considering registering for it......but if it's not necessary, I won't! Thanks!

The hall should have one. If you don't want it then don't worry about registering for it.

The hall should be able to provide them for you. I am considering not buying either the cake severs or toasting flutes. I'm not sure yet which ones yet. We like cake more than liquor so I may pass on the flutes.

Well I am desperate to add more to my registry- my mom is such a NAG!

And what's cool is....there's a cake server set that goes with my flutes! Now I don't feel lame about registering for it!

They're Lenox Opal Innocence at Bed, Bath and Beyond!
Ugh I hate registering- I know my mom still isn't happy. Guess I should get to Macy's and register there too...but for WHAT?!

It's not a dumb question, I haven't thought about it either. I'm not planning on getting toasting flutes either, as I don't drink. Besides, when you're getting toasted, aren't you not supposed to drink? I was under the impression that if you're being toasted, you look humble and don't drink while everyone else does. Because otherwise, you're you're toasting yourself. Isn't that tacky? I've never quite understood the point of toasting flutes--unless you're toasting your new spouse.

No you definitley don't have to. This is one of the extra expenses I plan on doing without. The RH will have a nice cake cutting knife.
