does Saks sell Spanx? and a bra question

I found out Spanx sells hose that are full length from the toes up to under the bra. Does Sax sell Spanx?

I don't have time to go to L.I. to get a bra, so I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good push-up bra that I can find in Saks, macys or bloomingdales. They bult a bra into my dress, but the seamstress recommended adding a push-up bra. Has anyone tried 'chicken cutlets'? Do they work?
