yes, supermarkets usually do. They mostly keep it in the drinking water isle on the lower shelves.

Re: Does supermarkets sell distilled water?

distilled is different than just plain bottled or spring water

ETA: it has NO impurities...AND DO NOT microwave distilled water....it super heats and will explode...it doesn't boil

when I was a nanny, my employers had 2 cats, we would have to bath them in distilled water 2 a week because I was allergic to cats, those cats were glad to see me go!!

I just want to clarify that distilled water is not for drinking. It is depleted of all minerals and is therefore, not to be ingested.

does the lack of minerals actually make it harmful?

This may sound strange but I want it to rinse my hair w/ it. Since I moved, the water has been making my hair soooo dry and its breaking off. I have read online about hard water and that's the problem. It says to rinse hair w/ distilled water. We'll see how it works.

I was told, I'm not positive that it will deplete minerals from your body.
