Does the resizer not work on Sundays?

Does the resizer not work on Sundays?

Just wondering, because I have tried to resize four things and they never got sent to my mail. I just assumed it was some kind of automated thing that just happens when you click the button...
Is it really like the Wizard of OZ behind the curtain??

Is there a Wizard of Resizing?
