I want to purchase DOJ for BMs but since the dresses are halter tops not sure if necklaces would look good.
my BM dresses are halters too. FSIL is making the jewelry for them (I'm a little nervous), but I suggested a lariat style necklace. We'll see what she comes up with.
i would not i was at a wedding recently where the girls had halter tops and they had necklaces and in my opinion it looked funny especially from the back. this is jmho though
I personally think a necklace competes with the halter.

Oh I didn't think of that - I guess they were wearing their hair up? I have no idea how my BMs are wearing their hair (it's totally up to them - it will probably be down because both my sisters NEVER wear their hair up - FSIL has short hair so it can't be put up).
No necklace needed with a halter. Besides I think a bare neck is sexier.
I don't like necklaces with halters personally.

skip the necklace go for earrings or a bracelet!
I personally think when you wear a halter it's enough around your neck, so a necklace is not usually needed. JMO
if you do decide on getting one i think it should be a drop necklace
I personally do not put necklaces with halters.
