When you make a post about certain things (limos, djs, etc) you get messages from VENDORS!?!?!? wth?? esp if its about their company? Like I was really turned off, I am sure they meant well and were trying to be helpful but I dunno

That has never happened to me - maybe there is something in your profile or acct info that you can uncheck so that they dont harass you. Not sure....

its never happened to me... but its a public forum so vendors can read the boards... im not surprised that that happens

That's been happening to me! I don't know how to say NO and I feel like I need to compare pricing/options because I am not done lining all of my vendors yet.
Some I just delete...just ignore them if you can.

It happened to me once...except would you believe this- the vendor FMed MY FIANCE!!!! to complain about what I posted! Couldn't even send the message to me! Def. havent said a nice thing about this vendor since.

um i dont remember having gotten fms from a post other than if it was on the vendors helping brides boards but thats annoying, i would totally ignore them. if you wanted to hear directly from them, you would post on 'their' brd

he responded but he wasnt very happening. the vendor was threating legal action and whatever when they had no right to and no reason to threaten us.
