So, I am a fat girl lol Or at least, I have fat arms. I hate my arms, I am actually having nightmares about being at my own wedding b/c I can't find anything to cover my arms lol So I stumbled upon this little thing on ebay. I figured it would work b/c it's not overly busy, it's lace so it mimics some of the detail on my gown, and its light enough to wear the whole evening, it's not like a fur wrap or anything. What do you guys think? Do you think it works??

Back of my dress:
This is the jacket: *If pic is too small, go here : http://cgi.ebay.com/IVORY-bridal-wedding-3-4-sleeve-lace-bolero-jacket_W0QQitemZ220292290982QQihZ012QQcategoryZ105472QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItem#ebayphotohosting
I even printed a pic of the jacket and pasted it (paper doll style) onto a pic of a girl wearing my gown in a magazine. It seemed to go and it looks cute.
I just wanted some feedback. :) TY!

Re: Does this jacket work with my dress????
I totally have the bingo arm going on too! I really need to tone them up a little more.....I have lost 25 pounds, but I am still not where I want to be. I think I would be if my friends weren't rails....they are so slim and petite!!!! Size 2 dress needed to be taken in A LOT.....that kind of slim!
I am happy with my progress so far, and don't feel like the fat girl anymore.....so I am okay being this weight for my wedding, but the arms are tough! They can be enough to make anyone feel uncomfortable!
I like the jacket idea! I think that it would go well with your dress and it will help you to feel comfortable! Good luck!

I love it, and I also have the I HATE MY ARMS syndrome. What I did was I made sure that my veil fell in a way that would hide my arms a bit and that seemed to work.

IT will work for that dress. I had a jacket made for my dress because I hate my arms so much. you will take it off during the reception after a few drinks and some dancing IoI
It will be beautiful!

Good for you with the weight loss!!! Trust me, I know how it feels. All of FH's cousins are like tooth picks and absolutely gorgeous, so that helps me feel better about myself lol
I am startnig to see inches come off from my waist, but, I need my arms to tone up. But thank you guys :)

Same here, everything else is either not the right fabric, has too many sequins, or is just down right ugly and bulky. I felt like this would still cover me up, and be cool for outside and wont be too hot inside.
I very well may take it off after a few drinks, but I am hoping to get most of the photos of me with it on.

I am with you on the 'I hate my arms'. I've always been self conscious of my arms. I want to find something to cover up with as well. I also have bm's who are rail thin..size 0. Its my day though and I am determined to feel beautiful no matter what. I think that cover up is beautiful.

Every bride is beautiful on her day!!! And everyone will be focusing on you.....not the rail thin bridesmaids!! That made me nervous at first but when I stood next to them at my shower.....after the weight loss.....I felt content! I still have some chunk that needs to go, but I also have curves.....and a womanly body! As long as my fiance likes it, I am happy!!!
HE IS THE ONLY ONE TO IMPRESS THAT DAY!!! All of you will have your men near tears when you walk down the aisle, so no worries!

Re: Does this jacket work with my dress????
My church doesn't allow strapless dresses, so even if I loved my arms, which I don't, I would def. get that jacket. It's beautiful!
