Does this list sound right?

For the hall a few days before the wedding:

Instructions for hall
Picture of wedding cake
Candles
Placecards
Menus
Favors
Decorative leaves
Cake ribbon
Table cameras
Memorial Table stuff

To bring with me on the day of:

Marriage license
Day of bag
Copy of must take photo list
Tips in envelopes
Cash to pay off vendors
Wedding rings

am I forgetting anything?

It sounds about right. Do you have a cake topper you are using?

Also, don't forget your ketubah!

no cake topper, we're having the florist make us a flower topper. no Ketubah either, we are inter-faith and decided not to get one.
