Does this make sense?

I am sort of a slacker when it comes to wedding planning because I work so darn much!! With less than 5 months to go, I still don't have BM dresses, invites, limos, flowers, veil, etc!!! Yikes!!!

Anyway, I saw a picture of a Jordan BM dress that I really liked. However, because it is new, it took me a while to actually see it in person since a lot of stores did not get the sample until this Saturday. My BMs all like so I decided that this was it.

My FSIL/BM is sort of pinched for money so I wanted to go through Netbride for the BM dresses. (I got my gown through them too and have been very happy with them and saved a lot of money.)

Netbride sells the dress for $118. However, they told me that Jordan is one of the slowest manufacturers and they would have to place a rush order. Netbride could only guarantee it to be in by June 12....which is too close to my wedding date. I called Macys and they said they could have it by May (no rush). However, they charge over $200 for the same dress!!

Anyone have any idea why there is such a delivery date disparity????

Oh jeez...I don't know...but, don't mull over this decision too long. You don't want a disaster...get crackin on ordering those dresses.

oh no really??...I am contemplating between a Jordan and a Bill Levkoff and purchasing it from Netbride too..

Everytime I hear of a bride ordering dresses from them they usually get them much quicker then they were quoted....hmmm

I say just order them for Netbride ASAP...and lots of luck

I know Netbride usually gets dresses in early but I don't want to chance it. I just called RK...they can guarantee it by 5/15 and will discount 5% off the Netbride price if I order it through the internet program. I would prefer to go through Netbride but under these circumstances, I am going to get it through RK.
