Does this make sense????!!!!

Or am I just an idiot!!!??? I call Wingate Inn to block rooms. I heard they provide a shuttle to and from the hall. Well, it turns out, you have to have at least 15 rooms reserved by the deadline AND the van makes ONE ROUNDTRIP and only fits 14 people!!! How does this help me? If 15 rooms are booked there are going to be at least 30 needing the shuttle. So the woman told me I will have to rent another shuttle for $150. But even still they only make one round trip, what happens if someone wants to leave early? This just does not seem to make sense to me at all. It's just how they get you to pay more money!

On a lighter note, does anyone know of any other hotels near the Wingate Inn in Garden City that provide shuttle services. We are going to have ALOT of out-of-towners and twentysomethings ( ) so we were interested in having a shuttle without shelling out alot of money.
