For my bachelorette party we are going into the city for dinner and drinks and something little before...I think the beauty bar...well we are getting a limo and my friend doesnt want the limo to wait for us...she wants us to take cabs to the different places. and then have the limo pick us up at the end of the night? does this make sense?

Is the limo booked by overall time or by specific rides? I know sometimes you have to book for at least a certain number of hours, so if you would have it during that whole time it seems silly (although then you might have to pay for parking?).....

If you pay for the limo for the entire evening I'd use it for ALL your transportation. Unless they have only booked 'to' and 'from' arrangements

it doesnt sound like a bad idea..but it is kinda pointless...thats what the limos for...if you have it for the night why wouldnt u use it...but i could see how like the limo might have trouble parking and not knowing what time exactly to pick u up and stuff...i think it depends really on the distance to each place..if u can walk it..walk it..otherwise limo it up!

The entire point of getting the limosine is for transportation. The cost to have the limo wait while you and your friends are inside having dinner/drinks/fun is well worth it. Think of the following:
Hailing a cab and paying for each ride not to mention having enough room for everyone in one cab
vs.
Having your limo waiting outside - knowing at anytime you can dial your driver's cell # to be there when you want....and you can leave your personal items such as coats and bags while you hit the club.

Well it hasnt been booked yet...and to be honest I do not know all of the details...I just kind of stepped in planning after some things went down...but all I know is that I was told I could have it for as long as I want...for a charge per hour...but this doesnt seem to make sense to me so I have to look into it.

Thats what I said! But I was told that this would be too much of a hassle...having to call
