O.k.--I truly do not wish to sound obnoxious but I have this friend with whom I used to be very close but rarely talk with/see anymore. Ever since she found out i'm engaged she has been trying to chat with me everyday, making suggestions of RHs, places to get dresses etc...So, I can't but think that she just wants into my bridal party. I know it sounds kind of sick but she lives for this kind of stuff and I know how her mind works!!
I feel that she's gonna be really mad at me if I don't put her in my bridal part but...I don't wanna!!!! vent over~!

If you don't wanna then don't. It's that simple. Maybe she is just wedding obsessed. I know I was before I got engaged.

You don't have to put her in your wedding party...I just put friends and family I knew for more than 5 years in mine. She may really like wedding planning....I know I did!! I helped out everyone under the sun!!

If you don't want her in your party then don't...she will get over it. I would only have those in your party that YOU want to have there.

It's your day, and therefore up to you. If you don't want her in the party then don't include her in such a manner. If you really feel bad about not including her then maybe have her do a reading or something or invite her to the shower/bachelorette party but don't feel obligated to include her in a capacity that you aren't comfortable.
