Welcome Family and Friends!

We are so happy you are here to celebrate with us! We have put together this bag for you to enjoy during your stay.

A few important things to remember:

Flowerfield is about 15 minutes away. We have arranged for a shuttle service from the hotel to Flowerfield beginning at 5:10pm. The shuttle will run from 5:10pm and will continue making trips until 7:00pm for those running late. There will be finger foods and drinks served prior to the ceremony which begins promptly at 6:30pm so come early and enjoy!

Our reception ends at 12am. There will be a shuttle taking guests back to the hotel beginning at 11:00pm for those who are looking to get back a bit earlier.

Not ready to go home? Please join us for the after party! From 12:00am-1:00am we will move into the cordial lounge at Flowerfield where we will have more food and drinks! The shuttle service will still be available until after the party is over.

Finally, we would love to say goodbye to you on Saturday morning before we take off for the honeymoon! Please join us downstairs in the Terrace Ballroom for a complimentary brunch from 10:00am-12:00pm.

i think it sounds great.

my only recommendation is that i'd say something about how shuttle service will begin at 5:10 pm. and that's it. i'd leave off the rest bc people will always go for the later option and then you'll have a cluster of people trying to catch the 6:15 shuttle. just mentioning the start times means people will be ready near the 5:10 mark.

JMO.

Do you mean that the ceremony begins at 6:30 or service of the finger foods and drinks begins at 6:30?

Do you mean that the ceremony begins at 6:30 or service of the finger foods and drinks begins at 6:30?
