Since we don't want to waste time and have 2 separate courses for both salad and an intermezzo our hall said we could have both brought out at the same time. I'm trying to figure out the wording for the menus im making. Does 'Salad & Intermezzo Duet' sound ok? Opinions pleaseeeeeeeeeeee!

It's a sorbet. It would be a duet becaus they would be bringing the salad out at the same time as the sorbet.

I think it sounds fine, but I am not sure about bringing them out at the same time. The point is to eat it after the salad but wouldn't it melt sitting there while you eat the salad?

I agree. I would not bring them out at the same time. The sorbet is going to melt. If you are worried about time maybe you can remove the sorbet completely.
