The place in Tri-County with the veils, etc.-do they have garters also? Do you think if I brought them a small dragon pendant and bought the garter from them, they would put the dragon on the garter for me?

I can't remember if barron's had garters but there are booths in the same flea market that sell garters. You can ask them about attaching your charm, I'm sure it's simple, your local tailor can probably do it too

i think other shops in there do... barrons gave me a free one i remember with my veil.

brrons definitly has them i got one as a gift for getting my veil and tiara from them. They do custom stuff so i think they would do it for you.

they gave me a free garter when i purchased my veil and tiara. i know they had a bunch, not a huge collection though
