If so what do you use to keep the smell out of the house. My Uncle is visting for the next couple of weeks, and he smokes. He doesn't in the house but I can still smell it b/c I don't smoke. It doesn't really bother me, but I don't like the scent for my children. I remember a thread before where a couple of brides were mentioning something they use to keep the smell away. Does anyone have any suggestions ? FM me if you don't want to post.
Thanks

They make candles to kill the tabacoo smell... I use to bartend, and I came home reeking of cigarettes. And the candles helped... I forgot where I got them though, sorry...

I use candles, and febreeze all the time, but I just keep smelling it. Maybe my nose is so sensitive b/c I'm not used to it. Someone at work just menion getting a purifier. Do those things work?

Yes, the air purifiers do work! My parents bought one for the house b/c my Dad smoked for over 50 years and had to stop 2 years ago for health reasons. I can walk into that house now and not smell a smokey thing!

Unfortunately FH does. He goes outside so I don't really smell it inside, except when he stands there with the door open.
I would light candles or spray some kind of air freshener.

Neither one of us does. We both cannot take the smoke scent.

Re: Does you, or FH smoke
We have the Ionic Breeze in our apt. Expensive, but so worth it. I think I went overboard and put them in every room in our apt. But I can totally smell the 'clean' air coming out of them. It smells fresh and sweet. But because of all the tar and nicotine, they need to be cleaned frequently.
