We were just talking about this at work today and I'm curious what you gals would say...
...for me, it'll be more like he just drinks too much wine out a client dinner or something...

the only time he's gotten drunk was at a party that sprint had for his master dealer and it was 99% guys. he'll go out and have a few drinks with the guys every now and then but doesn't get trashed.

we normally go out together, but sometimes he can have a few too many and becomes really annoying... to me only! LOL

Actually my FH went out with coworkers lastnight to drink but didnt come home pissed drunk. So thats fine with me.

My FH has done it before but not on a usual basis. In four years I can probably count how many times on one hand..... but I can't say he hasn't.

rarely... sometimes i have girl nights that he is not invited to and vice versa... we all have the same group of friends, for example if he is out with the 'guys' i am with their wives b/c we are all friends

FH doesn't have many friends, so I don't have this problem. Even if he did, he's not a big drinker, and wouldn't even come close to getting drunk.

this is exactly our case too...we mainly get drunk together... but ont he rare nights its guys/girls night... we get drunk without each other and its fine

this is exactly our case too...we mainly get drunk together... but ont he rare nights its guys/girls night... we get drunk without each other and its fine
same here. Dh doesnt really go out partying anymore but for certain occasions he will, birthdays, bp and so on. Doesnt happen often not like a regular basis thing. But i go out without him too. Its fine with me when he does do it since he really doesnt do it often at all anymore, i encourage it. I think its good that he still has his time with his friends, I feel its healthy for a relationship. Its good to have your own thing with your group of friends.

FH hardly drinks. He will have one MAYBE two if we are out somewhere. He's my deisgnated driver

yes, both of us. for DH it's mostly when he goes to concerts. i go out w/ my friends solo more often than he does. but the most fun is when we do go out and drink together.

FH is in the hospitality industry so Id say he gets drunk more without me than I do without him. Im ok with it as long as he is safe and responsible.
