yup. i'm not allowed to buy anything come Novemeber b/c my birthday is in December too so I ruin everyone's ideas.
i'm especially not allowed to by Penguins...which are my obsession...and it ***** b/c this is the time of year to buy them!
my mom got me 2 the other night while we were out and FH spotted them as soon as he came home. He was mad till I told him my mommy got them for me lol

My Fh gets mad if i buy anything for myself he told me for every pair of shoes i buy myself he gets to throw out 2 pairs ....so he thinks

Mine could care less...I usually get gift cards so I can go buy things I like.
I usually hide things that I buy though so he doesn't see how much $ I am spending!

I'm back in October because that's when I want to buy everything! My bday is November and then with Christmas I don't leave anything lol. I actually tell FH he's not allowed to buy anything from November through Christmas because I won't have anything left to get him!

FH is obsessed with penguins too!! I go nuts around the holidays picking up penguin items everywhere I go for him

My FH gets mad all the time. Mainly because my birthday is in December and Christmas and it's hard for him to think of things. He tried to buy a few of the things I just bought for myself off me lol. I said no.

but see, i have a built in defense...
for every dollar he spends on fantasy football, fantasy baseball, playing in a weekly bowling lge and spring softball lge... i can spend an equal amount on myself.
he likes to play with his money.. i like to wear mine! lol

i wrote a post about this not that long ago saying that FH does this to me...he buys himself things i want to buy him for a birthday/holiday or whatever the case might be...it does drive me crazy lol but its also sweet in a way bc it shows how well he knows you
