Does your photo contract include....

...the start time (for each photographer - if more than one) and location of your ceremony and reception? Or is a date sufficient and the details follow down the road?

...a clause about provide the required insurance by your RH?

..time frames of when proofs/dvd/album/rights/etc are to be expected?

TIA...sorry I have had so many photographer questions this week but I neeeeeeeeeeeed to get this checked off our list! I am behind schedule on progress.

My contract has my date and start and end time. At the time we booked i wasnt sure where we were going to get dressed so that info will follow.

My photographer is a recommended vendor of my RH so they insurance was a given

the info about the proofs i dont think is in the contract.

usually the start time is not stipulated however the amount of hours is in the contract...so if you have your photog for 10 hrs you work your way from when you want them to start to the end time.

The proofs and such for me was not stipulated in the contract but I asked and I was told what they were...its not a bad idea to have that in the contract. Also make sure you get all your pics with the rights so you can in the future make your own albums if you want. Also get the raw footage on DVD.

The start/end time and location of the wedding/reception are in my contract, as well as the stipulation that we have them for 10 hours.

There is nothing about insurance in my contract, or about when I will receive proofs, but they told me that information verbally and I trust them.

My date and time of start adn finish are all on the contract.

mine is a recommened vendor of the RH so they take care of all the insurance them selves.

mine has info about the proofs as well on it.
