That's a personal choice. I have had some friends leave it on and some who take it off. It's whatever you want to do. I know I'm taking mine off after the ceremony.

It depends.
I am going to have a shorter veil that I can wear all night, but some brides will wear a long one and then take it off. Or have a shorter one for the reception.

i wanted to keep mine on through the first dance with hubby. then i didn't get the chance to take it off for a few more songs.

it was an elbow length two tiered veil.

I kept my fingertip two-tiered veil on for the whole reception, mainly because I just forgot to take it off.

I'm planning on bustling my cathedrial veil for the pictures and some of the reception and then plan on wearing the tiara for the rest of the night. There really are many choices available.

I have an elbow length veil that I plan on leaving on for the reception. I just think that it really completes the whole bridal look. Besides, when else can I wear a veil without people thinking I'm crazy!

I left mine on during the whole reception. I wore it on the back of my head so it was out of the way.

My veil is in two pieces.... one is cathedral length & will come off after the first dance & the blusher will probably stay on (for a little while anyway).

Its completely up to you! I thought I wanted to take if off after the first dance but have recently changed my mind so i am going to wear it under my hair (on the back of my head) in hopes it wont bother me too much (which is what I am afraid of) but then if I want I can always take it off. (of course this is until I change my mind AGAIN and decide on something completely different--which I do alot these days!)

I had planned on taking mine off but ended up leaving it on the whole night. I actually forgot I was still wearing it.
