Looks like she had a rough night.
I would consider buying the shoes, seems as if she's in a lot of pain wearing them.
I think this is a creative idea gone wrong

Seriously though...some ads that are supposed to be selling dresses really don't get it right- weird poses, strange looking models, or not even showing the whole gown! How the heck does that sell a gown?

Or the current Vera Wang ads that are so blurry you can't see anything of the gown, all you can see is the model has a dangerous case of bed head. I guess with the Vera Wang name you don't need to show the dresses anymore.
