Dog owners: what are you doing with your dog the day of the wedding?

I just realized that I have no idea what we will do with Max. I want to take pictures with him before the ceremony, but then when we head out to the church and stuff, I don't know what to do with him. I realized that all of our friends and family who would normally take care of him will be at the wedding with us!! Just wondering what you'll all be doing. Thanks!!

My dog can stay at home alone for 10-12 hrs. w/out going out...but I know someone in E. Meadow who is great and watches dogs in her home if you need someone...FM if you would like her name!

Where is there one?

I think I am just going to leave him. My neighbor who walks him everyday will take him out and feed him before the church and then stop off at the house to see if he has to do a #2 then head to the reception.

I'm leaving him home. I will have the neighbor (who is not coming to the wedding)stop in and check on him that night.

My pup is going to stay on the North Fork with us all weekend in the rental house. I want him at the ceremony, but he can't come to the reception which is at the same place but inside. And the B&B we are staying at that night doesn't allow pets. Soooo...someone will have to take him back to the house, about 15 minutes away.. Or else he can hang outside with the kids!!

I'm sooo sad about this... We adopted Charlie a year before we are getting married. Since we live in CT, we're going to have to put him in a kennel... after the wedding, we're going to the city and then the next day we leave for the HM. I don't want to, but I have no choice....
