They don't usually do it until after you book, but the quality of food is really important to us. I told the lady we wouldn't book anything until we tried it so she squeezed us in. If all goes well I'm hoping to finally book !! Wish me luck!!

Just a little update! The food was really good! The fact that there is no bar in the main room is the only thing FH doesn't like, but I think after the food tasting he's getting over it! I'm reeeeeeally liking the Hamlet!

The 2 bars in the cocktail room are rolling bars......shell move them in there or just one if FH wants...
Waitstaff is super fast.....1 per table...so theyll always have the drinks in hands of guests..

We got married there and that was a HUGE concern of ours....but honestly the wait staff is so quick that no one had to wait for a drink, and some people enjoyed going into the lobby for a drink, just to relax for a little bit.
