Doing Precana.......

THIS WEEKEND!!!!! My oh my....August 6th will be 9 months till our wedding day. If it goes by as fast as my pregnancy Time REALLY does fly! Anyone else doing Precana soon?

lol.. our is in Sept .. i can't even tell you i look at the clock and it goes faster and faster by the day i'm almost under 250 days!!!

Mellie You are so totally organized and on top of EVERYTHING. I admire you so much. we are doing our pre-cana in Feb.

why do something today that can be put off until tomorrow?! That is why I have so much anxiety, I guess.

I wish we would have known you guys were doing it this weekend, but Philly boy has to work, so we can't

Pre cana is coming in Oct for us....report back to us and let us know how it goes!!!!! I feel like there is going to be a big test that I'll fail!

Listen......If anyone is gonna fail, it'll be me!!!! Yeah, I'll let you guys know how it goes. Not that I'm looking forward to it, but I'd sooooooooooooooooo rather get it over with now, than later.

We just did pre-cana this past weekend......it was really different then I thought, we enjoyed it.

We're doing ours starting in October, it's eight sessions for eight weeks. I am actually really looking forward to it!!

I thought the deacon said something about a weekend one, but when I got the pamphlet in the mail from the church I didnt see the weekend as an option. FH is finishing up his Masters in Binghamton and to come down here every weekend for two months is insane.

We just did pre-cana this past weekend. It was on Friday from 7:30-9:30pm and Saturday from 9:00am-5:00pm but we got out ealy both days. We did it with the Diocese of Brooklyn since we're getting married in Queens.

Yes, you can do it on a weekend. Many of the dioceses have weekend options. the Diocese of Rockville Centre (Nassau and Suffolk parishes) have several weekend options as I am sure the New York and brooklyn dioceses do as well. I would call/check out the website and see what your options are. When I met with the priest to set up my date, he gave us the Diocesan schedule of Pre-Cana (which is on the weekends). We decided to do the weekly sessions, thought it might be nice to have some more time to process all the info.
