Well if Rich is the house DJ ... they they'll probably allow the classless bunch of us in da house

But I think Rich/DjPill said he was going away that weekend? Maybe I'm wrong

Hey I just found this thread. If you guys want to GTG at my place... i can probably make it happen.

I am going away the day after (that itself still isn't definite)... so most likely ill be DJing the 14th and 15th.

Let me know. How many people are we talking here? Depending on the number and what time you guys are showing up... you may be able to get a table on the roof (outside).

If not... there are tables by my DJ booth on the 1st floor. I think we can seat up to 10-12 there.

Let me know... did we get an actual head count?

As far as vegetarian options go... well its a bar... so you get... bar food.

The food actally isn't bad... its pretty good IMO. Vegetarian.... hmmm. You can get a salad... pizza.... spinach & artichoke dip (with either celery sticks or nachos)... Mozarella sticks. Those are the options I can think of that aren't meat.

As far as the rest of the menu goes... they have all the typical stuff.

Let me know what you think. If we really had the numbers... i could have arranged to get the private room Skylight Lounge reserved for us with an open bar deal... but we need at least 20 for that with a deposit.

Also... since we have a month away... I would suggest that anybody that wants to do a PRE-GTG should stop by the bar this week.

The best time to stop by would be on Thursday between 6-8pm. The bar will be modestly crowded then (roof will be good - if the weather agrees). I get there around 6-6:30 that day. You can come in... have a beer... hang out... see what the place is like. You don't have to get a table.

Friday's around the same time 6-8pm is not as crowded as Thursday... and seating the group would probably be easier. On Fridays... I usually get a later crowd (after 11pm).

i think having it there might b an awesome idea..would we b able to talk tho with music and stuff like that going on..what does everyone think of this idea..i can try and do a pre-check of the place if u guys want, lemme know

I just read this - I can't believe you work at Sutton Place!!!!! I haven't been there for years!!!

ETA: I'm actually in NY that weekend!!! But, I don't think I'll make it into the city Lots of family to see!!

If you guys want to have it at my place... thats fine. I think it might be best to get a definite number... and time... to do this.

Just remember that the earlier you show... the more likely you will get a table. I can try to hold a table. I think if we start it at 6pm... then we shouldn't have a problem with it.
