If you do a search for Donald you'll see that quite a few people have used him. lesleyw (bouquet pic posted here) used him and loved him. He has a chuppah - it's a kind of wicker thing. My wedding flowers were $870 total, and that includes:

2 BM
4 GMs
2 Mothers
2 Grandmothers
2 Fathers

2 RG
and 12 upgraded centerpieces.

Maybe, I don't know): Donald Hedgecock has a deal with Sans Souci Restaurant that I'm pretty certain he'll extend to everyone: 1 Bride, 1 MOH, 1 BM, all Boutonnieres, 2 Mothers - $185 + tax, and he'll take the tax off if you pay cash! Your choice of flowers & style. Extra Bouquets, $50, Extra Cosages, $15. His books are oldfashioned (lots of baby's breath) but he'll copy a picture of anything. kclarkin (from theknot.com) used him, recommends him and says not to worry about his old fashioned books - he's great.
