Donating Flowers-Need Help

A few weeks ago I saw that some bride on here was donating her flower centerpieces to the North Shore hospital for sick patients. I wrote down the information but must have misplaced it. If that bride is reading this right now or if any one else knows where I can find this information could you please FM? I’ve gone onto the North Shore website but can’t seem to find the info I’m looking for. I have a few family members that are going through a rough time right now with cancer & I would truly like to do something special for those patients at the hospital something to make them smile.

I know it sounded like such a sweet thoughtful idea but can't find that slip of paper with the informtion. I'd really like the flowers to go to people that need a smile so if anyone knows anything about this topic please let us know. Thank you
