Donation Cards
On an 8½ high by 5 inch wide piece of paper print the information for the cover of your donation folder. Center your text on the bottom 3½ inches of the paper.
Starting from the bottom of the paper crease and fold the paper at 3½ and at 7 inches. The leftover flap of 1½ inches will be used to create the pocket for the charity business cards.
Apply glue to the bottom side of this flap and glue it down.
Print a message to your guests on a 3 by 4½ inch piece of paper and glue it to the upper half of the open folder, above the pocket.
Place business cards for the charitable organization into the pocket. Put one of these cards at each guests place seating to let them know the gift you have given on their behalf.
